Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We do delivery to the whole of UK residential addresses.

Standard Shipping 3 – 5 working days –
Standard Shipping Fee: £3.99 (Free shipping for orders over £40)

International Shipping

We currently do not do international delivery. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at zephentstores@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 28 days after delivery except for edible grocery products, if the item is unused and in its original condition.  We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return provided you are able to provide a valid proof of purchase, which could be your order confirmation email. 

If a refund is requested, we will action a refund as soon as the items are received back.  Please note, that depending on your bank provider, a refund may take up to 5 working days for your refund to show in your account.
