I am inspired by the story of this two ladies who turned a simple cooking skill into a flourishing brand - Puff Puff Ministry. Their journey began with a mother who believed in the power of skills. She taught her children how to make Puff Puff , a beloved West African snack just like doughnut but better, and their expertise soon transcended the kitchen, reaching places they had never imagined.
My name is Joy, and I'm passionate about encouraging young people to acquire valuable skills. Growing up, my mother, a dedicated primary school headteacher, instilled in me and my siblings the importance of using our holidays to learn while having fun. These experiences have been a tremendous blessing in my life.
Now, I am excited to pass on this legacy by launching a summer cooking challenge
